General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between [VR Bloodstock] (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer"). Deviating agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when the customer places an order and the provider accepts it. Acceptance can occur by confirmation via email or by providing the service.

3. Prices and payment terms

• All prices quoted are in [currency, e.g. Euro], unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is made via [e.g. bank transfer, PayPal, credit card].

• The invoice amount is due within [e.g. 14 days] without deduction.

4. Delivery and provision of services

• The delivery or service time is agreed individually.

All customer data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and will not be passed on to third parties without consent.
